The Tao Foundation for Culture and Arts is a Philippine non-profit organization that has been in existence for two and a half decades. It has relied on support—monetary and in-kind (land, office space, facilities, labor, contacts, expertise including that of external auditing)—from its officers, staff, local communities, government and non-government institutions, and friends. Our friends’ support has been especially crucial in times when no operational budgets are earmarked by grant funds (unfortunate but true), for there are non-program activities like the renewal of licenses, the retaining of bookkeepers/accountants and other staff, the maintenance and improvement of facilities, the purchase of equipment, the holding of meetings, the writing of proposals that require support in order for programs to run continuously, smoothly, and legally. But though we are small, we are careful about who to accept money from, making sure it is free of partisan political, religious, or commercial strings/demands.

We are most grateful to all our friends who have and who continue to partner with the Tao Foundation by donating towards its continuing operations.
